2. Booking Deposit

To secure reservations and confirm services, a deposit payment is required.

For tours and services booked more than 30 days before departure:

• A deposit of 30% of the total service value, or as specified in the service agreement, is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid before departure or according to the agreed payment schedule.

For tours and services booked within 30 days of departure:

• Full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.

For private groups and B2B partners:

Payment schedules shall be specified in:

• Service Agreements
• Cooperation Agreements
• Contractual Terms between both parties
