Scope of Services<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This policy applies to the following services:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Domestic and international pilgrimage tours<\/li>\n<li>Cultural and heritage travel programs<\/li>\n<li>Customized group tours<\/li>\n<li>Ground handling services<\/li>\n<li>Visa assistance<\/li>\n<li>Airline ticketing services<\/li>\n<li>Related travel services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Booking Procedure<\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Step 1 \u2013 Inquiry<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Requests may be submitted through:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Website<\/li>\n<li>Email<\/li>\n<li>Telephone<\/li>\n<li>WhatsApp<\/li>\n<li>Zalo<\/li>\n<li>Company representatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To facilitate quotation and planning, clients are encouraged to provide:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Group or organization name<\/li>\n<li>Estimated number of participants<\/li>\n<li>Preferred travel dates<\/li>\n<li>Destinations<\/li>\n<li>Special requirements (if any)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Step 2 \u2013 Consultation &amp; Proposal<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Upon receiving an inquiry, Vietnam Catholic Travel by Nakhalah will:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Provide consultation and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Design a suitable itinerary<\/li>\n<li>Submit quotations and service details<\/li>\n<li>Discuss and finalize travel requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Step 3 \u2013 Confirmation<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A booking is considered confirmed when:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Confirmation is received in writing, by email, or through a signed agreement; and<\/li>\n<li>The required deposit payment has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Step 4 \u2013 Documentation<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and documentation, including:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Participant list<\/li>\n<li>Passport or identification details<\/li>\n<li>Visa documents (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Special requests related to health, dietary needs, or accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Reservations &amp; Deposit<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Reservations become valid only after:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Service confirmation has been received; and<\/li>\n<li>The agreed deposit payment has been completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Reservation periods may be subject to the policies and availability of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Amendments<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Requests to modify:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Group size<\/li>\n<li>Itinerary<\/li>\n<li>Travel dates<\/li>\n<li>Confirmed services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">must be submitted in writing or by email as early as possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Additional costs may apply depending on supplier conditions and service availability.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Cancellations<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with Vietnam Catholic Travel by Nakhalah&#8217;s Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy or the terms specified in the relevant service agreement.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">6. Client Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Clients are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Providing complete and accurate information<\/li>\n<li>Making payments according to agreed schedules<\/li>\n<li>Complying with immigration, customs, and local regulations<\/li>\n<li>Following the instructions of tour leaders and guides throughout the journey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">7.
