These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, pilgrimage groups, dioceses, parishes, organizations, companies, and travel partners utilizing services provided by Vietnam Catholic Travel by Nakhalah.

1. Scope of Services

This policy applies to the following services:

• Domestic and international pilgrimage tours
• Cultural and heritage travel programs
• Customized group tours
• Ground handling services
• Visa assistance
• Airline ticketing services
• Related travel services

2. Booking Procedure

Step 1 – Inquiry

Requests may be submitted through:

• Website
• Email
• Telephone
• WhatsApp
• Zalo
• Company representatives

To facilitate quotation and planning, clients are encouraged to provide:

• Group or organization name
• Estimated number of participants
• Preferred travel dates
• Destinations
• Special requirements (if any)

Step 2 – Consultation & Proposal

Upon receiving an inquiry, Vietnam Catholic Travel by Nakhalah will:

• Provide consultation and recommendations
• Design a suitable itinerary
• Submit quotations and service details
• Discuss and finalize travel requirements

Step 3 – Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed when:

• Confirmation is received in writing, by email, or through a signed agreement; and
• The required deposit payment has been received.

Step 4 – Documentation

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and documentation, including:

• Participant list
• Passport or identification details
• Visa documents (if applicable)
• Special requests related to health, dietary needs, or accommodation

3. Reservations & Deposit

Reservations become valid only after:

• Service confirmation has been received; and
• The agreed deposit payment has been completed.

Reservation periods may be subject to the policies and availability of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

4. Amendments

Requests to modify:

• Group size
• Itinerary
• Travel dates
• Confirmed services

must be submitted in writing or by email as early as possible.

Additional costs may apply depending on supplier conditions and service availability.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with Vietnam Catholic Travel by Nakhalah’s Cancellation & Refund Policy or the terms specified in the relevant service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate information
• Making payments according to agreed schedules
• Complying with immigration, customs, and local regulations
• Following the instructions of tour leaders and guides throughout the journey
